2024 'Silvaspoons' Rosé Tasting Notes: Stainless steel fermented and aged. Lighter shade of watermelon in color. Ripe nose of papaya, guava, and wild strawberry. Background aromas of rose petal and green apple Jolly Rancher. Ripe, delicious flavors of wild strawberry, Mandarin orange and honeydew melon. Finishes long with hints of pineapple and citrus peel.

2023 'Catie's Corner' Viognier Tasting Notes: Barrel fermented in neutral French oak and aged for 16 months sur lees. Golden straw in color. Gorgeously ripe nose of honeysuckle, apricot and paperwhites. Background aromas of Meyer lemon, gardenia and caramel. Full bodied flavors of banana runts, mandarin orange, and liquid minerals. Finishes long and lush with hints of tangerine and key lime pie.
