Winemaker’s Vineyard Notes: Located outside the small Lodi town of Galt. Redding gravelly clay loam soils. Redding gravelly clay loam soils. 40-degree temperature swings help balance fruit with acidity. 100% Grenache. Rainy winter and normal spring. Mild start to summer with a very hot July leading to an earlier than usual harvest. Harvested 1.5 ton.

Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: Stainless steel fermented and aged. Lighter shade of watermelon in color. Ripe nose of papaya, guava, and wild strawberry. Background aromas of rose petal and green apple Jolly Rancher. Ripe, delicious flavors of wild
strawberry, Mandarin orange and honeydew melon. Finishes long with hints of pineapple and citrus peel.
